Light at the End of the Tunnel

For the past six months of 2008, we have been bombarded with negativity in the markets; Banks hemmoraging capital, stock markets sliding, credit is freezing up, unemployment is mounting. Then today it was reported the Saint Louis metro area reported a 63% drop in home sales compared to October, 2007, the largest in the U.S.  The median price for a home in the St.

10.3 Acres of Land and a House in Wildwood MO

In Wildwood Missouri it will be very rare to find a 10.3 acre plot of land still available and undeveloped.

This property has a nice big home on it, several outbuildings,  horses, etc.  Wildwood city is hoping it will be developed into a 3 house neighborhood with each property having at least 3 acres.

This property is currently not on the MLS so get it while its HOT.  It was previously listed for $600,000 but the price has been reduced to "MAKE AN OFFER"

We will pay out commissions to another Realtor who brings a buyer.

Before You Buy or Sell, Inspect it First!

Investing in a home may be the most important financial decision you will ever make. You need to know everything you can about the property before you close. Choosing the right neighborhood, size and building design, are some important features. But this is just the tip of the iceberg. Is the area around the foundation sloped in the right direction to avoid a leaking basement? Are there large trees dumping leaves in the gutters? If so, does it have a good gutter guard installed? Are the gutters sloped toward the down spouts?

Beach Front Property

What is more exciting, beach front property foreclosures, or north county St. Louis foreclosure properties? I have to say, although  buying some properties in any of the Florida markets seems appealing I will stick with St. Louis investments for now.

I came to Cocoa Beach and Vero Beach Florida to look at some of the opportunities here, but what I have found is a lot of fear of more hurricanes,  lots of talk of high insurance, and plenty of overly moldy cinder block houses.
