Over 10 years ago, I reached out to my broker, Adam Kruse, because I had made a decision to change careers from hotel management to rental property management. I felt that the skill set I acquired with my prior management experience would allow me to transition into that type of role with ease. With his help and guidance for those first few years, together we built an entirely new division of Hermann London that now encompasses over 350 residential units overseen by 8 Property Managers, and we continue to grow. We even have aspirations to further develop our property management division to include more commercial properties. Adam encouraged me to get my broker's license several years ago to further my knowledge base and opportunities, and he continues to be a tremendous resource to me for all things real estate. Joining Hermann London was the best career choice I have ever made and I can't see myself working anywhere else.
