10 easy steps to a successful open house

3. Ask your  realtor to post the open house on Realtor.com
4. Put up open house directional arrows with the time/day on them
5. Light candles
6. Offer comfort food (brownies, cookies) and beverages
7. Post it on free classifieds sites days in advance
8. Ask the local realtors to come
9. Ask the local realtors/sellers to have one at the same time as you
10. Invite your mortgage broker to come work at it with you
