Our friendly local St. Louis Association of Realtors in conjunction with MARIS, the MLS company, have made it easier and more effective to search the MLS for foreclosures and short sales.

This is exciting news because now your Hermann London agent can set up emails to go directly to you immediatley and automatically when a Foreclosure or Short Sale listing either comes on the market or has a price change.  Instead of having to try to rig the system and catch the bank owned properties, now the listing agents are required to identify each property, in a searchable way if they are a foreclosure, REO, or short sale.
