It is a great day in Real Estate at the Hermann London Group and for our clients.

With 7.5 Agents now (One is still waiting on his License to be mailed in) there is a lot of activity going on.

The lease for the new office in Maplewood is being finalized and should be done this week I hope.  On top of the regular foreclosure business workload, we were contracted for 10 new property listings by a lender that we have a positive new relationship with.  There was some nice referral business traded with some of the affiliate industries that we do a lot of business with,  we are about to sell our first Firehouse which is pretty cool.  The list of clients that we have helped buy and sell new homes is growing, along with our list of new HLG family of clients.   Prepare yourself for the upcoming Open House Marathon of parties at the new office in the coming months, make sure to contact your Hermann London Realtor to get invited to their party.  Dont miss out on the Heritage of Hawk Ridge Agent Open House Tour going on Tuesday at 11 at our 3 Villa listings in that neighborhood in Lake St. Louis.
