Things you need to do to get your house ready to sell.
So, you are ready to list your house with Hermann-London? Great news and we want to make certain your house looks great each time a prospective buyer enters.
You’ve seen the HDTV shows about curb appeal and sprucing up, the importance of cleaning, neutralizing and de cluttering your home to help it sell? It’s true!
1. Curb appeal…First things to work on.
2. Now they are interested and are getting out of the car and walking to the front door!
3. They enter! The first impression, standing in entryway, is big selling point for whole house.
4. The next room that sells the house is the Kitchen.
5. Now for the Master Bedroom and Closet.
7. If they like what they have seen so far, they will look at the rest of the house with interest, but are probably sold, or not, by now.
10. The hardest part, keeping these things up while house is on the market.
Check out prices of some nearby storage places. You could rent one for a few months to put all the extra stuff we are going to recommend you hide. You can make as many trips there as you like, often at even odd hours. We’ve done this when selling our own homes and found we didn’t miss things at all, and our house looked much roomier.
