Illinois has a recprical agreement with Missouri, so you will only have to take the Missouri portion of the Real Estate Exam.  We are members of the St. Louis Association of Realtors, and the Mid America Regional Information Systems MLS.  We are also Commercial Realtor friendly, as we are members of the St. Louis Commercial Realtors Assosciation and the Commercial Information Exchange CIE which is the Commercial version of the MLS.
