Community overviewThe graph below shows the average days on market (DOM) of homes in St. Charles county vs. the sold/list price %. So far in 2010, the average amount of time that a home sits on the market is less than 90 days, that’s less than 3 months! AND, the sellers are getting over 95% of their list price for their homes.  If you decided to sell your house tomorrow and we determined that your home is worth $200,000 in today’s market; according to this graph in 90 days you should be accepting an offer of $190,000 for your home.
