Very Involved: We can call you everyday and send you new properties via email all the time, and really stay on top of your needs. We will make sure you set everything up with your lender, and go over every detail of the whole process. We will know when you get off work each day, and what time you like to start looking at property on the weekends. Your Hermann London agent will be your new best friend.

Attentive: If you are not quite ready for us to be very involved, we will be attentive. We will call once a week and see if you want to see anything, and make sure you saw the houses that we have been emailing you, and occasionally search our other websites and investor resources for potential other deals for you.

Sleeping Lion: We would like an initial meeting with you(either in person or by phone) to go over what exactly you are looking for in a new home. By knowing specifically what you want, or don’t want, we can narrow down the search. For instance, we will want to discuss with you the benefits of different St. Louis areas, to determine which would fit your needs. Some people want a basement, some want no basement. Do you dream of having a fireplace? Is living on a cul-de-sac important to you? How do you feel about a garage? Bedroom on the first floor important to you? We will go over these details with you to determine what is really important to you in finding your new home. We will compose a list of your specific requests. Then we will set you up on auto-emails from the MLS database. As soon as a house within your criteria comes on the market you will be emailed a link where you can look at the property online.
