Phone: 314-651-6297 Mike Elfrank is a passionate, significant man, fully accepted by Jesus Christ. Married in 1979 to Nancy L. Hinchey, he is the father of five children; Scott, Tamera, Julia, Miranda, and Ashley. The Elfrank family has been blessed with several grandchildren. Retired after 28 years with Anheuser-Busch Packaging Group, ExperienceInfluenced by his father who worked in the automotive repair industry, the early years of Mike's career included working as a mechanic at several locations in St. Louis and in Jefferson County, including the Ford dealership in Festus and Dave Sinclair Ford in South St. Louis until June of 1979. Mike played a key roll in the startup of the Anheuser-Busch Metal Container can manufacturing facility in Arnold, Missouri in 1979 and the startup of the Anheuser-Busch Eagle Packaging plastics manufacturing facility in Bridgeton, Missouri in 2000. A good communicator with skills in management, training development and instruction, he is known as a hard working, logical thinking diagnostician, with a positive mental attitude, who learns quickly and will follow through on commitments.EducationMike graduated from Festus Senior High School in May, 1969 and began his first year of college in the fall of that year after which he entered the work force full-time. Re-entering College to complete his education in 1996, Mike graduated from The University of Missouri - St. Louis in January of 2003. He currently holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on logistics and operations management. Consistently on the dean's list from 1996 through 2002, he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a 3.53 grade point average. AssociationsMike is currently working as a Lifecoach with Compass Global Group and as a training assistant for FOCUS Seminars in the St. Louis region. Mike is associated with The Hermann London Group, LLC as a Commercial Real Estate Consultant. Mike is currently the motivational coordinator for Jeffco Business Network, a philanthropic organization whose primary purpose is to increase business for each of its members using word-of-mouth referrals and networking techniques. His membership seat at JBN is as a Pre-Paid Legal Services Associate. Mike was ordained as a Deacon in 2002 and as an Elder at Fairview Christian Church in Festus in June 2003. He is currently a member of Meadowbrook Christian Church in Fenton, Missouri. Mike was a member of Alpha-Sigma-Lambda fraternity while at UMSL. He was a member of the National Honor Society from 1998 through 2002.
