currently managing just under 30 properties, and
with Tom we plan to expand this to well over 100 in the next year.

finding Megan Sneed. With experience in
building other boutique businesses, marketing,
writing, web development and more, Megan is a
fundamental part of our goal to expand to 50 agents
strong in the near future.
