Having spent all 31 years of my life in the "show me" state, I have, like most, made new years goals only to watch them slip away a few weeks later. Thanks to a strong support group and a hands on Real Estate Broker, my 2010 goal is to "show me" better yet "show myself" that by putting in the hours, I can reach my monetary 2010 goals. I have the advantage that I love the art of the deal and I would go to open houses for fun, even before getting my real estate license. They say "If you do what you love, then you really never work."

Chesterfield is where I work and live. I look at the demographics of Chesterfield MO and I see that there is more than enough business right in my own back yard. 50,000 people live in Chesterfield. Average home prices are over $400,000.00. We are a strong community that because of our well thought out planning and high real estate taxes have a surplus of funds. Most cities are working with large deficits. Chesterfield is working on Art Projects to make Chesterfield Mo an even better place to live.

My goal is to become a "Mr. Chesterfield" type. (I'm still working on a better, less cheesy name) I think that due to my work ethic, knowledge of internet marketing and relative youthfulness, I will work circles around my fellow real estate agent competition.
