Rock Hill is one of the many suburbs found in St. Louis County. Just west of Webster Groves, this small 1.1 square mile neighborhood offers much more than you would imagine.
Rock Hill, Missouri is an area full of charm and inspiration. The homes here never look the same, which is why they can have a huge variance in price. Here is what the averages looked like in 2008:

Rock Hill homes can usually be bought at a better deal than the rest of the homes in the United States. The median list price is around $169,000, while the actual sale price is closer to $157,900. There have been 14 home sales in Rock Hill for the month of July, and close to 100 for the year.
The growing population of 4,600 started out as a thriving business and residential settlement on Manchester Road over 70 years ago. Now, much of the area is land occupied by caring residents, but there are also several shopping centers and restaurants still centered around Manchester Road.
As with all areas of St. Louis, education ins a big motivating factor for moving to certain areas. In Rock Hill, you are served by the Webster Groves Public Schools. But because the town is so small, only two schools are actually within city limits (others are part of Webster Groves). If you prefer private schools, there are several to choose from in neighboring counties.
And of course there are lots of parks to entertain even the most fickle. Greenwood, Oak Trail Park, Oakhaven Park, Rock Hill Park and Stroup Field all offer several recreational activities like hiking, biking and playgrounds.
As a small town in a big city, Rock Hill has several organized events for their residents. They even publish an annual calendar as well as periodic newsletters to inform residents of fun activities that have planned. Family movie nights and National Night Out are always a big hit in the summer.
